Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced QA Manual Tester with strong SQL and data validation skills to support retail merchandising, Forecasting, Allocation and Replenishment (FAR) systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, ETL validation, and data quality testing. Retail or supply chain domain experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute manual functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT test cases.

• Validate forecasting outputs, allocation logic, replenishment orders, and inventory calculations.

• Test retail merchandising functionalities, including item setup, pricing, vendor management, purchase orders, and promotions.

• Validate data flows across merchandising, FAR, warehouse, and POS systems.

• Perform data validation, identify inconsistencies, and analyze data quality issues using SQL and AI tools.

• Validate AI-driven forecasts and recommendations against business rules.

• Identify, document, track, and retest defects.

• Maintain requirements traceability and prepare test execution reports.

• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and business users in an Agile environment.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Manual Functional Testing.

• Hands-on SQL skills and data validation experience.

• ETL Testing and Data Integration Testing.

• Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT Testing.

• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Retail, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management domain experience.

• Experience with Forecasting, Allocation, and Replenishment (FAR) systems.

• Exposure to AI-assisted testing and data analysis.
