We are seeking a System Engineer - Intune AD Admin for a hybrid role located in Atlanta, GA.

  • Intune / Endpoint Management

  • PowerShell Scripting (Preferred)
  • Operating Systems: Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Android, iOS
  • Ticketing & Tools: ServiceNow, Microsoft M365 / Teams
  • Infrastructure Support: Network Troubleshooting, Hardware & Peripheral Support, Patch Management, Security
  • Core Competencies: Technical Troubleshooting, KPI Reporting, Documentation, Customer Service

Position Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver application packages using Intune Endpoint Manager.
  • Manage, configure, and maintain endpoint and mobile architecture systems.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical incidents and device support.
  • Provide administration for Azure and Azure Admin Portal using PowerShell.
  • Create documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles for support staff.
  • Track and report on support KPIs, incident patterns, and system enhancements.
