Bank Teller

Banner Bank is seeking a Teller to provide exceptional in-branch service to our community clients. In this role, you will accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions while maintaining strict security and compliance standards. You'll help open and maintain accounts, assist with digital banking, and identify opportunities to refer banking and lending solutions. Working in a collaborative, client-focused environment, you'll build lasting relationships, support branch goals, and grow your skills in a stable, values-driven organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional in-branch service.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller transactions.
• Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
• Assist clients with account inquiries, basic problem resolution, and digital banking tools.
• Identify customer needs and refer or cross-sell appropriate bank products and services.
• Follow security, fraud-prevention, and regulatory (AML/BSA) procedures at all times.
• Support account opening, maintenance, and documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with branch team members to meet service and sales goals.
