Fullstack Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack developer to build and deliver modern customer-facing capabilities within a feature-centric product delivery model. The role focuses on understanding user needs, translating them into scalable technical solutions, and delivering high-quality features across frontend, backend, and workflow automation platforms.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript is comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications.
• Build responsive user interfaces using React and modern frontend development practices.
• Develop backend services and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) solutions using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain Camunda job workers, connectors, and workflow integrations.
• Translate product requirements and user needs into technical solutions and deliverable features.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX, architects, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.
• Develop secure, maintainable, testable, and reusable code.
• Design and integrate REST APIs and enterprise services.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on development experience with React.
• Strong backend development knowledge using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and modern software development practices.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum and feature-driven product delivery.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing Camunda workers/connectors using Node.js/TypeScript.
• .NET/C# knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms and container technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of databases, event-driven architectures, and messaging systems.
• Experience working in product-oriented or customer-centric engineering teams.
