Project Manager III - Financial Services

Ameritas is seeking a Project Manager III to lead complex initiatives across our finance and insurance business. In this role, you will own medium-to-large projects from inception through implementation, partnering with cross-functional teams in operations, IT, and compliance. You will define scope, build and manage detailed project plans, track risks and issues, and ensure regulatory and quality standards are met. The Project Manager III will facilitate stakeholder communication, prepare executive-ready status reporting, manage budgets and vendor partners, and drive continuous improvement aligned with Ameritas' people-centered, ethical culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium-to-large cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure compliance with financial services and insurance regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with business, IT, operations, and compliance stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver executive-level project status reports and presentations
• Manage third-party vendors and project resources to meet scope, time, and cost goals
• Facilitate requirements gathering and change management activities
• Drive process improvement and standardization in project delivery
• Promote Ameritas' people-centered and ethical culture within project teams
