The Role

• Provide refrigeration engineering support for industrial and office buildings.
• Perform maintenance and repair on air conditioning units (Split/VRF), chillers, and commercial refrigeration systems.
• Independently diagnose and resolve technical issues to optimize operational performance.
• Document daily work activities using mobile devices.

What You'll Need

• Technical qualification, such as a Refrigeration Technician / Mechatronics Engineer for Refrigeration, or equivalent.
• Ideally, several years of professional experience, though ambitious individuals seeking further training are encouraged to apply.
• Desirable: Experience in refrigeration technology and maintenance of chillers, especially those exceeding 100 kW cooling capacity, with relevant certifications.
• Service-oriented attitude, ability to work independently, and strong teamwork skills.
• German language proficiency (B2 level) and a valid driver's license (Class B).
