We're hiring for a leading national dental services organization that provides comprehensive business support to top dental practices. Partnered with private equity, we operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, empowering clinicians to focus on patient care by managing crucial operational infrastructure.

The Role

• Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for a multi-entity structure.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and maintain the integrity of the general ledger.
• Analyze balance sheet accounts, resolve variances, and ensure timely completion of close procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, management reporting packages, and variance analysis.
• Account for complex transactions including acquisitions, intercompany activities, and consolidations.
• Prepare audit schedules and support external audit requests while ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2-6+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity or private equity-backed environment.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct) and handling large datasets.
• CPA, MBA, or Master's in Accounting is strongly preferred.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
