The Role

• Provide high-level intensive care for neonates and pediatric patients across all age groups.
• Participate in the specialized emergency and primary care of premature and sick newborns as a Level 1 Perinatal Center.
• Collaborate within an interprofessional team including pediatric specialists, surgeons, and radiologists.
• Engage in neonatal and pediatric intensive care transport services.
• Utilize cutting-edge ventilation and monitoring equipment to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment focused on interdisciplinary care.

What You'll Need

• Completed qualification as a Registered Nurse with a specialization in Pediatrics, or as a Pediatric/Children's Nurse.
• Experience or specialization in anesthesia and intensive care nursing is highly desirable.
• Exceptional empathy, strong communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Demonstrated loyalty, commitment, and flexibility in performing duties.
• A positive attitude towards interdisciplinary teamwork.
• For international applicants: German language proficiency (B2 level) and recognition of foreign professional qualifications.
