The Role

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build and maintain product displays, including end caps and shelf resets.
• Manage product rotation and track inventory levels to ensure optimal sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with store management and suppliers to achieve sales goals.
• Ensure all merchandising activities are executed efficiently and according to brand standards.

What You'll Need

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Reliable transportation to various work locations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong bias for action.
