Cross Domain Systems Engineer, Senior | Davidsonville, MD, United States | Hybrid

The Role
- Lead an engineering team in the development and deployment of digital cross-domain solutions.
- Drive customer engagement to capture, define, and understand user and security requirements.
- Plan and implement cross-domain data flows, data handling policies, and filtering.
- Support system accreditation following the Risk Management Framework and improve security objectives.
- Plan and provide user training to drive adoption of new systems.
- Broaden skillset into Cross Domain technologies, Cloud technologies, Agile lifecycle, and cybersecurity.
What You'll Need
- Experience developing requirements, including capability and system-level requirements, user stories, or use cases.
- Experience developing technical written deliverables for system delivery or deployment.
- Experience with online collaboration and work tracking tools (e.g., Atlassian Suite, ServiceNow).
- Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework and its application to system accreditation.
- Ability to plan system delivery and deployment efforts, including technical plans, schedules, and risk tracking.
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and 5+ years of engineering experience, or 12+ years of engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II Certification within 6 months of start date.
