Role : Google Agent Development Developer (ADK)
Location : Las Vegas, NV
Duration : Long-term Contract
Job Description :
A Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) Agent Development Lead designs, architects, and operationalizes enterprise-grade multi-agent AI systems using Google s open-source ADK framework and Google Cloud Platform.
Key Responsibilities
  • Architecture & Strategy: Drive architectural goals, technical roadmaps, and framework selections (such as Google ADK, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen).
  • Lifecycle Tooling: Lead the development of tooling for testing, debugging, deployment, and observability to maximize developer velocity.
  • Multi-Agent Systems: Build modular, scalable hierarchical agent workflows incorporating Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication protocols.
  • Technical Leadership: Resolve ambiguous technical challenges, conduct design reviews, set team standards, and mentor engineers.
Core Requirements & Skills
  • Frameworks: Expert knowledge of , Vertex AI, LangChain, and orchestration layers.
  • Languages & Infra: Advanced proficiency in Python, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Google Cloud deployment (Cloud Run, Agent Runtime).
  • Production Focus: Experience instrumenting evaluation metrics, durable state persistence, and human-in-the-loop controls for long-running agents.
