Product Manager / Hybrid / Marietta

A growing AI-driven security and monitoring company in Marietta, GA is looking for a Product Manager to own its Multi-Family & Commercial Real Estate product vertical. This is a full-time opportunity focused on connected devices, IoT-enabled camera systems, video monitoring platforms, license plate management, and investigative software solutions. You'll work closely with engineering, product, sales, and customers to drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and new feature development across a rapidly expanding technology platform.

This is a chance to own an entire business vertical rather than simply manage a backlog. The ideal candidate will become the voice of the customer, working directly with multifamily communities, commercial real estate operators, retail centers, and shopping center customers to shape future product direction. Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience owning a product area, roadmap, or business vertical
• Experience writing PRDs, product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Strong customer discovery and requirements gathering experience
• Experience partnering closely with Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience translating customer feedback into actionable product priorities
