The Role

• Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment that promotes children's growth and learning.

• Serve as a Key Person, overseeing individual children's progress, care needs, and fostering strong relationships with families.
• Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's exploration and learning.

What You'll Need

• A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
