  • 9-11 years of experience in software development or technology infrastructure engineering required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
  • Extensive experience designing, building, and supporting large-scale enterprise platforms, with a strong understanding of access governance, entitlement management, identity and access management, or related security domains.

  • Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive strategic decisions, and build consensus across organizational boundaries.
  • Experience identifying and mitigating operational, security, scalability, and resiliency risks while maintaining high standards of platform availability and service delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to operate independently and effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
  • A track record of mentoring engineers, fostering technical excellence, and promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high-quality execution.
