We are currently hiring for an Salesforce Core Tech Lead position, Please find the key details below:

Location: Needham, MA / London, UK – Day 1 Onsite
Domain: Retail
Experience: 7+ Years
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Salesforce Core architecture and technical direction across Service Cloud, OMS, and Experience Cloud.
  • Develop and review Apex, LWC, and Flow solutions.
  • Design integrations using REST/SOAP, Platform Events, CDC, and MuleSoft.
  • Own Salesforce CI/CD, Git, SFDX/Salesforce CLI, releases, and deployment quality.
  • Lead code reviews, production issue resolution, and technical standards.
  • Mentor Salesforce engineers and participate in Agile/Scrum sprint planning.
  • Support SOX compliance and change-management processes.
Required Skills
  • 7+ years Salesforce development with 2+ years in Lead/Architect capacity.
  • Strong Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flow, Experience Cloud experience.
  • Strong integration and CI/CD experience.
  • Excellent technical leadership and code-review experience.
Preferred
  • Salesforce OMS and SFCC experience.
  • Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer II, Service Cloud Consultant, Application/System Architect.
  • Retail/eCommerce experience.
  • SOX-regulated environment experience.
  • Agentforce/AI experience.
