Overview:
The ICT Change and Configuration Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the development, delivery and evaluation of critical change management programs, projects and services that minimise the risk of changes to the Departments information systems, services and infrastructure.
- The role formulates strategies, frameworks, policies, and practices which drive change and configuration management across a complex, hybrid on premise and cloud environment and guides a high performing team in the delivery of critical and complex change and configuration management related functions and services.
- The ICT Change and Configuration Manager provides high level advice to, and negotiates with, executive and senior staff across the Department in relation to complex and strategic issues and risks, and engages with internal and external project managers, service providers and vendors to influence, facilitate and drive best practice change management.
