Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Engineer with hands-on experience building, deploying, and managing AI agents in production environments. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of agent architecture, orchestration, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for enterprise applications.

• Build and manage multi-agent systems and agent orchestration workflows.

• Design agent architectures, including tool integration, memory, planning, and execution.

• Monitor and optimize AI agent performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Troubleshoot production issues, manage failures, and implement recovery mechanisms.

• Support production operations, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI agents.

• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deliver reliable AI solutions.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI solutions.

• Strong understanding of AI agent architecture and multi-agent systems.

• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar.

• Experience deploying and managing AI agents in production environments.

• Knowledge of monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and scalability.

• Strong Python programming and API integration experience.

• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization is preferred.
