Project Coordinator (Construction )

Just Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a successful and growing company based in Witham, who are looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to join their team.<br /><br />This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who enjoys coordinating projects and working with customers, suppliers and internal teams.<br /><br />Key

Responsibilities:

<br /><br />Coordinating projects through the various stages of the installation process.<br />Acting as a regular point of contact for customers, keeping them informed of progress, upcoming works and any changes to schedules.<br />Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers regarding materials, orders, deliveries and queries.<br />Arranging site visits, installations and third-party works in the correct sequence.<br />Maintaining project schedules and ensuring all relevant parties are aware of when they are required on site.<br />Monitoring orders and deliveries to help ensure materials are available when required.<br />Accurately recording and communicating information between customers, colleagues, suppliers and trades.<br />Reviewing project information and identifying missing details or potential issues before they cause unnecessary delays.<br /><br />Previous Experience: <br /><br />Experience in one or more of the following areas would be advantageous:<br /><br />Project coordination<br />Construction administration<br />Contracts administration<br />Installation coordination<br />Home improvements<br />Conservatories and extensions<br />Building works<br />Double glazing industry<br /><br />Working Hours<br />Monday - Friday<br />8:00am - 4:00pm<br />
