Job Description

React Native Lead

Fort Lauderdale, FL [Hybrid, 3 days office]

Contract

Tech Lead (React Native / .NET)

Role Purpose:

Serves as the primary hands-on technical lead for day-to-day code execution, bridging high-level architecture with practical engineering implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain code quality in GitLab.

Write core, complex modules across React Native (UI/Native Bridges) and GraphQL/.NET resolvers.

Guide developers in adopting Amazon Kiro for inline coding assistance, unit test generation, and code documentation.

Partner closely with the BA and Architect to break down business features into granular technical tasks in Jira.

Troubleshoot complex technical bottlenecks, native bridge issues, and API performance bottlenecks.

Qualifications

6+ years of full-stack or mobile engineering experience, with expertise in React Native, TypeScript, C#, and .NET GraphQL frameworks (e.g., Hot Chocolate or GraphQL.NET).
