The Role

• Manage a team of Credit Analysts, fostering success through feedback, guidance, and support.
• Resolve complex customer account issues and evaluate orders requiring credit review.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform high-impact business decisions.
• Oversee and contribute to special projects within the Credit department.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of experience in Credit or Collections is preferred.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• A passion for collaboration, training, and teamwork.
