Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 12+ Years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in integrating and configuring Workforce Management platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Management integrations.
• Experience integrating Legion Workforce Management solutions.
• Proven experience integrating workforce management, HR, payroll, and legacy enterprise systems.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise integration platforms such as Boomi, Informatica, MuleSoft, or similar technologies.
• Experience working in complex, multi-system environments requiring enterprise integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of integration architectures, data flows, APIs, middleware, and system connectivity.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working directly with business users, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.
