Job Description

A well regarded options market maker here in Chicago is seeking an experienced quantitative trader to help build and scale its equity options business. The firm has a strong track record across multiple asset classes and is now focused on expanding its platform with fresh strategies and new ideas. Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade and manage risk on equity options market making strategies contributing to pricing, quoting, and inventory decisions
  • Support daily trading activities and position management to ensure optimal execution and disciplined risk control
  • Collaborate with quants and developers on models, signals, infrastructure, and automation to improve trading performance
  • Partner with senior traders on strategy while taking ownership of your own book and responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Equity Options Market Making
