Delivery Enablement Leader - Scale Agile & Strategy

Kmart Group Technology is seeking a Head of Delivery Enablement to define and lead a scalable delivery strategy across Technology in Australia. You will establish frameworks, tooling, governance, and planning practices to uplift delivery maturity across squads, tribes, and portfolios.

You will work with senior engineering leaders to create consistent ways of working, implement reporting, and drive delivery outcomes with a coaching mindset and demand for continuous improvement.
