Strategic Workday CS Lead - Global Delivery

Strada Global is seeking a Workday Customer Success Lead to manage post-implementation Tier 3 services for a portfolio of Strada clients. You will strengthen client relationships, collaborate with Sales and internal teams, and ensure delivery excellence across governance, reporting, and invoicing.

The role requires strong communication, Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, and extensive experience in SaaS delivery and HRIS/ERP environments.
