Required Skills and Experience

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and operating GitHub Enterprise environments.
2. Strong scripting and automation skills, including: 
• PowerShell
• Python
3. Demonstrated experience using GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to improve technical productivity, accelerate analysis, and assist with reporting and data organization.
4. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Ability to work independently, operate with limited direction, and successfully deliver outcomes when provided objectives rather than detailed procedures.

Preferred Experience

• Experience administering large-scale GitHub Enterprise Server (GHES) environments.
• Familiarity with GitHub audit logs, access controls, repository governance, and enterprise administration.
• Experience supporting incident response, platform investigations, or urgent operational events, even if not performing the security analysis itself
