We’re searching for a talented Day Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a high-performing team within a High-End Residential property.

What You’ll Be Doing:<br />Electrical Systems:

Lighting installs, fault-finding, lamp replacements, ballasts, control panels, power distribution<br />Mechanical Equipment: Pumps, motors, seals, bearings, basic HVAC<br />HVAC &amp; Plant: AHUs, FCUs, emergency lighting, air conditioning units<br />Monitoring Systems:

Chillers (resets), BMS (hot/cold trends), UPS systems<br />Teamwork: Collaborate with a large, supportive onsite engineering team<br />Service Delivery:
