Automation Engineer

The Role

• Serve as the site expert for maintaining and optimizing automation systems critical to large-scale fulfillment operations.
• Troubleshoot and maintain complex material handling control systems, including PLC/PC controllers, industrial networks, and electrical distribution systems.
• Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability.
• Provide technical escalation support for site technicians to resolve system performance issues and enhance operational efficiency.

What You'll Need

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automation engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Alternatively, 2+ years of professional experience in PLC programming, automation engineering, or working with robotics and control systems.
• Proficiency in Ladder Logic and structured programming for industrial PLCs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays as required by operations.

What's On Offer

• Annual salary of $90,000 – $112,500.
