About the Role

AaraTech Inc is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst Retail & E-Commerce to support security operations and protect customer, payment, and transactional data. This role focuses on threat monitoring, vulnerability management, security analysis, and incident response across retail and e-commerce environments. Ideal for early-career cybersecurity professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate security alerts and incidents

• Analyze security logs using SIEM tools

• Assist with vulnerability assessments and remediation

• Support network, endpoint, and application security

• Detect and respond to threats such as phishing, malware, and unauthorized access

• Help protect customer, payment, and transactional data

• Support Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• Assist with security audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities

• Maintain security documentation and incident reports

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, or related role

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals

• Knowledge of SIEM, security monitoring, and threat detection

• Exposure to EDR, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management

• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux environments

• Understanding of incident response processes

• Exposure to AWS or cloud security

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and teamwork skills
