Release Train Engineer

Release Train Engineer – Java/.NET, SQL & Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer with strong knowledge of Java/.NET applications, SQL, and the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will coordinate Agile Release Trains, facilitate PI Planning, manage cross-functional teams, track dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile Release Train activities and PI Planning sessions.

• Coordinate multiple Scrum teams and manage cross-team dependencies.

• Track project milestones, risks, issues, and release plans.

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

• Support delivery of Java/.NET and SQL-based healthcare applications.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, processes, and data security requirements.

• Drive continuous improvement across teams and delivery processes.

Required Skills:

• Experience as a Release Train Engineer or Senior Scrum Master in a SAFe environment.

• Strong understanding of Java/.NET applications and SQL databases.

• Prior experience working on healthcare technology projects.

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
