The Role

• Provide individualized and activating social support for residents.

• Implement care documentation and planning procedures.

• Contribute to quality assurance measures.
• Support and guide care assistants, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in elderly care or general nursing.
• Additional certification as a Gerontopsychiatric Specialist.
• A genuine passion for working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
