Your new role You will be responsible for delivering high-quality BI reporting, dashboards, and commercial insights that enable data-driven decision-making across the business. It will partner closely with stakeholders to enhance reporting capabilities, drive analytics initiatives, and support the adoption of AI-enabled insights and reporting solutions.In this role you will,Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and commercial insights that support data-driven business decisions. Partner closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate objectives into reporting solutions, and deliver actionable insights. Lead the enhancement and optimisation of existing BI reporting capabilities, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and performance. Support the organisation's evolving data and analytics strategy, including the adoption of Snowflake and AI-driven reporting and automation tools. Work across multiple initiatives, balancing hands-on reporting development with stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and advisory responsibilities. Collaborate with the Head of Data & Analytics and external partners to deliver customer-focused analytics products, dashboard improvements, and innovative reporting solutions.
What you'll need to succeed- Strong experience in Power BI, including dashboard development, data modelling, DAX, and report optimisation.
- Demonstrated experience delivering commercial insights, analytics, and business reporting to support decision-making.
- Experience working with SQL and large datasets across multiple data sources.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into meaningful reporting outcomes.
- Experience within the Financial Services or Retail sector (Nice to have).
- Experience with Snowflake is highly desirable (Nice to have).
- Familiarity with AI-driven reporting, analytics tools, Copilot, chatbots, or automated insights solutions would be advantageous.
