  Summary

  
  
  
  
  • Support Spotify's Business Protection (corporate security) program across Latin America to help protect employees, offices, events, and operations.
  
  
  
  


• 
  

  Responsibilities

  
  
  
  
  • Support security and safety for employees, sites, and operations across Latin America
  
  
  • Oversee day-to-day performance of contracted security teams at offices
  
  
  • Partner with technical security to manage access control, badging, and security systems
  
  
  • Help lead security operations for events, campaigns, and activations (under direction of a Business Protection Manager)
  
  
  • Support visiting employees and business travelers on security matters
  
  
  • Respond to and help manage security incidents in the region
  
  
  • Conduct and document risk assessments
  
  
  • Perform office security audits and recommend improvements
  
  
  • Advise on physical security design for new offices and renovations (with technical security)
  
  
  • Deliver security awareness and training
  
  
  • Contribute to broader Business Protection initiatives globally
  
  
  
  


• 
  

  Requirements

  
  
  
  
  • Experience in corporate security, intelligence, crisis management, or similar (Latin America experience preferred)
  
  
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
  
  
  • Strong knowledge of modern security systems and technologies
  
  
  • Fluent English and Spanish
  
  
  • Able to thrive in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple priorities
