HR Representative II

Job Description:

1. Recruitment & Selection

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Raise headcount requests to obtain necessary approvals based on the requirements shared by concerned line managers
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, employee referrals and consultants etc.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Facilitate selection discussions and obtain hiring approvals.
• Releasing offer letters to selected candidates and completing all post-selection activities
• Participate in job fairs, campus hiring drives, and recruitment events to support apprenticeship programme as per the statutory requirements

2. Candidate Experience

• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding application status and interview feedback.
• Manage offer discussions and salary negotiations within approved guidelines.

3. Onboarding & Employee Development

• Coordinate pre-joining formalities and documentation.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Track joining status and manage onboarding records. New hire induction programmes
• Probation tracking and review coordination
• Early career development programmes
• GET and internship programme management
• Employee development tracking
• Skills matrix administration

4. Recruitment Planning & Reporting

• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring dashboards.

• Generate periodic recruitment reports for management review.

5. Learning & Development

• Annual training plan coordination
• Training needs analysis (TNA) support
• Training calendar management
• Technical and non-technical training coordination
• Leadership and supervisory development programs
• Compliance training administration
• Training vendor coordination
• Training effectiveness tracking

6. Workforce Capability & Talent Pipeline

• Skills inventory and competency framework support
• Successor pipeline administration
• Critical role capability tracking
• Training compliance monitoring

• Internal talent database management
