Job Type: Per Diem (PRN)

Hourly Rate: $36.86

Shift: Days 7:00AM–3:00PM; Evenings 3:00PM–11:00PM; Nights 11:00PM–7:00AM ET; 4-hour partial shifts available

Duration: 8 hours (some 4-hour shifts)

Experience: 1 year of LPN experience (long-term care preferred)

License: Active and unencumbered Maryland LPN or compact license

Certifications: BLS

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments to assigned residents under RN/physician direction
• Monitor vital signs and resident condition and report changes to the charge nurse
• Perform treatments such as wound care, catheter care and glucose monitoring
• Document care accurately and support GNAs/CNAs on the unit

• Must have 1 year of LPN experience, long-term care or sub-acute preferred
• Active and unencumbered Maryland LPN or compact license
• Active BLS Certification (AHA only)
• Negative TB within last 12 months
• Hep B Series or Titer
• MMR Series or Titer
• Tdap Vaccine within last 10 years or Titer
• Varicella Series or Titer
