Oracle Integrations Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking a Senior Oracle Integration Engineer to lead the design, development, and support of enterprise integration solutions across multiple business systems.

Summary:
This role is responsible for building and maintaining scalable interfaces within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem while ensuring reliability, performance, and alignment with organizational needs. This individual will operate in a high-volume environment, supporting a broad portfolio of integrations across functional areas such as Human Capital Management, Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management. The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex integration challenges from initial design through ongoing support.

Duties:
* Design, build, and maintain integrations within Oracle Cloud environments
* Manage the full lifecycle of integrations, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support
* Support a large and diverse integration landscape across enterprise systems
* Diagnose and resolve complex integration and data issues using advanced debugging techniques
* Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to improve system stability
* Monitor integration performance and recommend enhancements
* Partner with cross-functional teams to support key business processes, including HR operations and financial cycles
* Ensure integrations support timely and accurate data flow across systems
* Provide technical guidance and support for critical business functions

REQUIREMENTS:

* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
