Requested Qualification:

84 months of experience in object-oriented analysis, design, and programming (OOA/OOD/OOP), including Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), N-tier architecture, and Model-View-Controller (MVC) design patterns.

84 months of experience in written and verbal communication skills, analysis of business requirements, technical documentation, system design specifications, and communication with technical and business stakeholders.

84 months of experience developing, maintaining, and supporting console and web applications using C# and .NET technologies, Component One controls, reusable utilities, APIs, libraries, and related programming components.

84 months of experience performing systems analysis and design, including ERDs, DFDs, State Transition Diagrams, and high-level/detailed technical design documentation.

60 months of experience using Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 and later, developing applications in .NET Core and .NET (8 through 10), with source control utilizing Azure DevOps and Git.

60 months of proficient SQL language experience in Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, ERDs, stored procedures, indexes, triggers, cursors, views, and UDFs.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution.
