• Design and develop new or altered database structures to satisfy specifications and requirements
• Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams across different time zones
• Engage directly with business users to understand and deliver on requirements
• Deliver high-quality solutions on time with a self-motivated, team-first approach

 

Required Skills

• Python Full Stack development
• Database skills — DB2 and/or SQL Server (design and alteration of table structures)
• 3+ years of experience working with geographically dispersed, multi-timezone teams
• Strong communication, analysis, design, and problem-solving skills

 

Preferred Skills

• Banking domain experience
