Training Operations Manager APJ

Support a predictable, AI-enabled learning operations engine across APJ that transforms regional execution into disciplined, data-driven, revenue-aligned outcomes.

Serve as the operational backbone of the region

Support systems, not just manage processes, ensuring APJ training operations scale with clarity, control, and commercial rigour.

What we look for:

· 10+ years of experience in Consulting, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Enablement Operations, or Professional Services Operations within high-growth technology companies.

· Proven experience owning regional operating cadence, forecasting frameworks, and large-scale execution models.

· Strong commercial fluency, including understanding of utilization, forecast variance, and revenue discipline.

· Experience implementing automation, analytics, or AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and predictability.

· Analytical rigor with the ability to translate data into executive-level insight and actionable recommendations.

· Experience operating in matrixed, international environments with sensitivity to regional and cultural nuances.

· A structured, systems-oriented mindset with the ability to balance speed, governance, and scalability.
