Our client is looking for an experienced PMP Certified Program Manager to lead a high-visibility enterprise banking-partner transition and modernization program supporting multiple divisions and business functions.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in program management, product ownership, IT modernization,

or enterprise delivery roles or equivalent combination

Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification — REQUIRED.

8+ years of process reengineering, process mapping

8+ years experience consistently driving on-time delivery by establishing clear milestones, proactively managing cross-division dependencies,

8 years experience with ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned on schedule commitments

8 years experience leading multi-division, high-visibility technology or modernization initiatives  

8 years strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills 

8 years wprking knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Planner, or similar Agile work-management platforms

8 years proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Project, and PowerBI

8 years hands on professional to support teams and management navigate through significant processes changes

8 years working ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise initiative, and demonstrate professionalism and dependability.

CSM and SAFe certs

4 years experience with banking platforms and Oracle a plus, or similar ERPs

4 years experience with Revenue collections and /or cash management cycles and tools 

CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL Foundation, or

other Agile/product credentials
