Role Overview: Seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology strategy, architecture, and execution for large hospital groups and healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology roadmap.
• Design and build scalable clinical trial platforms and healthcare systems.
• Lead in-house engineering teams and/or manage outsourced development partners.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare and clinical research regulations.
• Drive product innovation, security, scalability, and data privacy.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of technology leadership experience.
• Strong background in Healthcare, Pharma, Clinical Trials, Life Sciences, or Drug Development.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS or healthcare technology platforms.
• Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), architecture, and engineering leadership.
• Prior experience as CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Technology, or Chief Architect preferred.
