The Role

• Assist customers in identifying vehicles that best meet their needs by leveraging extensive inventory knowledge.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to test drives and financing arrangements.
• Accurately complete all necessary documentation to ensure seamless transactions.
• Work collaboratively within a high-energy sales team to achieve collective goals.

What You'll Need

• Previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting.
• Excellent listening skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• A high degree of self-motivation and drive.
• Ability to build rapport and relationships with customers.
