Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst

We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide dependable technical support for end users in Gilbert, Arizona. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving day-to-day hardware, software, and access issues while delivering responsive customer service in a detail-oriented services environment. The role focuses on supporting Microsoft Windows systems, handling service desk requests, and maintaining a smooth desktop experience across the organization.

Responsibilities

Provide frontline technical assistance for desktop, laptop, and workstation issues, ensuring users receive timely and effective support. Diagnose and resolve common Microsoft Windows 10 and related system problems through hands-on troubleshooting and remote support. Manage incoming service desk tickets, document resolutions clearly, and follow through to closure within expected response times. Support user account administration tasks in Active Directory, including access updates, password assistance, and basic account maintenance.

Install, configure, and maintain desktop software and standard business applications used by employees. Escalate more complex technical problems when needed while keeping users informed of progress and next steps. Perform routine system checks and assist with workstation setup, replacement, and general endpoint support activities. Requirements
Experience providing help desk or desktop support in a business environment. Working knowledge of Active Directory for basic user and account administration tasks. Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Windows, including Windows 10 environments.

Ability to troubleshoot common hardware, software, login, and connectivity issues efficiently. Familiarity with service desk ticketing practices and accurate support documentation.
