Job Title: Retail Crew Member/Seasonal Retail Operations Specialist

Location: King of Prussia, PA--Onsite

Client: Major Entainment Company

Duration: 3 Month Contract

Pay Rate: $18/hr on W2

Role Overview:
Seeking customer-focused Seasonal Retail Crew Members to support retail operations and deliver an immersive, high-quality guest experience during the holiday season.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage inventory, including receiving, unpacking, organizing, restocking, and processing merchandise.

·       Maintain organized stockrooms and a clean, visually appealing sales floor.

·       Execute product pulls, size replenishment, apparel folding, and daily retail recovery.

·       Operate POS systems and process customer transactions efficiently.

·       Provide exceptional, relationship-driven customer service and actively engage with guests/fans.

·       Support ticketing, merchandise sales, guest flow, queuing, and general guest information as needed.

·       Represent the Company and promote engagement with its shows, films, and entertainment offerings.

·       Follow company SOPs, emergency procedures, and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards.

·       Support opening/closing procedures, including restocking, cleaning, recovery, and securing merchandise.

·       Safely lift and transport inventory weighing up to 50 lbs.

Required Qualifications:

·       Must be 18+ years old.

·       Experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality, attractions, or F&B environments.

·       Strong retail operations and inventory management experience.

·       Excellent customer service, communication, teamwork, and conflict-resolution skills.

·       Ability to quickly build rapport with customers in a high-traffic, experiential environment.

·       Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.

·       Knowledge/passion for the Company's shows and films preferred.

·       Additional language skills are a plus.

·       High-touch retail experience (e.g., Sephora, Apple, Nordstrom, Lush, Neiman Marcus) or theme-park guest operations is highly preferred.

Schedule & Logistics:

·       Location: King of Prussia, PA

·       Training: Begins October 12, 2026

·       Hours: Approximately 20–25 hours/week, with flexibility based on business needs

·       Shifts: 6–8 hours; typically starting around 12 PM and potentially extending until midnight

·       Availability: Minimum 4 days of open availability per week

·       Weekends: Required

·       Holidays: Full availability required

·       Environment: 365-day operation with variable business needs
