Job Description

Must Have Skills:

  • Strong understandingof UAT methodologies, business process validation, and acceptance criteria.
  • Proficient in testcase design, traceability to business requirements, and defect lifecyclemanagement.
  • Excellent stakeholdermanagement and communication-able to align business, product, andengineering.
  • Ability to plan andrun structured UAT cycles under tight timelines, with clear status reporting.
  • Proven experience withAzure DevOps Work Items and Boards
  • Familiarity with testautomation strategies for CX and performance/volume testing for calls.
  • Experience withcontact center platforms (Contact Centre (CCaaS) and Copilot ServiceWorkspace (CSW and telephony concepts (IVR)

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Prior experience in insurancedomain is a plus
