Pay Range: $65.00hr - $70.00hr

Job Overview:

The Solution Architect will deliver Secure Foundation and LLM guardrail coverage across Google Cloud and Databricks. This role will implement Model Armor on Google Cloud Platform and assess, select, and implement the appropriate guardrail approach for Databricks. The candidate will also define environment, provisioning, and permission models across both platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Define the environment and permission model for Google and Databricks.
• Recommend provisioning ownership (team-owned, shared, or hybrid) and document the decision.
• Implement Model Armor on Google Cloud Platform: floor settings, templates, IAM, validation, and go-live evidence.
• Assess Databricks LLM guardrail options and implement the selected approach.
• Align EA, Cloud Engineering, Security/IAM, and platform owners.
• Document handoff for AI Platform, Ops, Security, and app teams.
• Partner with Tech Lead on scope and dependencies.

Required Skills:

• Lead: Google Cloud Platform and Databricks solution architecture for AI/LLM platforms.
• Strong: Model Armor enablement; IAM and environment models; Databricks path selection and implementation.
• Working Knowledge: Vertex AI / ADK / Cloud Run; Unity Catalog / Unity AI Gateway concepts.
