About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating products, systems, or software to ensure they meet quality standards, function as intended, and provide a positive user experience. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and enjoys identifying and resolving issues before they reach customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform testing activities according to established procedures and requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects, issues, and inconsistencies.
• Execute test cases and validate product functionality, performance, and usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Verify fixes and perform regression testing as needed.
• Maintain accurate testing documentation and reports.
• Communicate findings clearly and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and testing processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Previous testing, quality assurance, inspection, or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and document findings accurately.
• Proficient with computers and common business software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using testing tools, defect tracking systems, or quality management software.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
