Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Support Analyst with strong expertise in BlackRock Aladdin Front Office to support a global asset management environment. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience supporting investment management or capital markets applications and possess deep knowledge of the front-office trade lifecycle, production support, SQL, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for BlackRock Aladdin and related Front Office applications.
Support Portfolio Management, Order Management, Trade Execution, Trade Booking, and Post-Trade workflows.
Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive incidents through resolution.
Coordinate with BlackRock support, business users, and technology teams to resolve critical production issues.
Write and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, and reporting.
Develop automation and operational tools using Python.
Participate in production deployments, release management, and change management activities.
Monitor application health and contribute to continuous service improvements.
Collaborate with global support teams and participate in incident management activities.
Required Skills
7–10 years of Application Production Support experience in Asset Management or Capital Markets.
Strong hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin supporting Front Office functions.
Excellent understanding of the investment management trade lifecycle.

Portfolio Management
Order Management
Trade Execution
Trade Booking
Confirmations & Post-Trade Processing
Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Hands-on Python scripting experience for automation and operational support.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Experience working directly with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Operations, and Technology teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience in global production support environments.
Knowledge of ITIL processes, incident management, and change management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-availability financial services environment.
