The Role

• Drive new business growth through prospecting, closing complex contracts, and building long-term relationships.
• Identify and qualify leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits within an assigned territory.
• Conduct on-site assessments and present comprehensive service programs.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain accurate client information and activity tracking in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in relevant service industries.
• Proven success in exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching.
• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
• Experience managing a pipeline and updating CRM systems.
