Job Summary:
Seeking a proficient Robotic Welding Technician with strong hands-on expertise in KUKA robotic welding systems and Fronius MIG/MAG welding equipment. The candidate should be able to independently support robotic welding operations, programming, troubleshooting, and process optimization in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate, program, teach, and troubleshoot KUKA welding robots.
Set up and optimize Fronius MIG/MAG welding systems.
Perform weld-path programming and welding parameter adjustments.
Troubleshoot robotic welding cells and resolve robot/welding issues.
Maintain weld quality, equipment performance, and production efficiency.
Required Skill Set:

Note: Candidates will be evaluated based on hands-on proficiency and practical experience, not a specific number of years of experience.
