Job Description

Hunter Douglas seeks a Senior IT ERP Analyst to own our Order-to-Cash (OTC) ERP processes supporting custom manufacturing of premium window treatments. In this role, you'll partner with operations, finance, and sales to design, configure, and support OTC functionality-order entry, pricing, inventory, and billing-ensuring accurate, efficient flows from quote to cash. You'll lead requirements gathering, testing, and continuous improvement, using your ERP and manufacturing expertise to enhance data quality, user experience, and integration with smart-home and production systems in a collaborative, craftsmanship-driven culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis, configuration, and support of ERP OTC modules to optimize manufacturing and order fulfillment processes
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into ERP solutions and functional specifications
  • Design and execute system configurations, enhancements, and integrations related to order management, pricing, billing, and inventory
  • Partner with operations, finance, sales, and IT to streamline end to end OTC workflows and improve data accuracy
  • Develop and execute test plans, coordinate UAT, and ensure quality deployments for ERP changes
  • Troubleshoot OTC issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide tier 2/3 application support
  • Create and maintain ERP process documentation, training materials, and user guides for OTC processes
  • Identify and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices within ERPSupport data governance, master data quality, and reporting for OTC related objects and transactions
  • Assist with ERP projects, upgrades, and rollout initiatives across manufacturing sites and business units
